First and foremost, I hope you and your loved ones have been keeping well since the pandemic began. As we are all aware, COVID-19 has impacted almost every aspect of daily life. Nonetheless, houses still require maintenance, and with many people spending more time at home right now, the need is arguably greater than ever.

Surrey Hills Handyman remains open for business, and I’d like to outline the steps we are taking to address COVID-19 in our work.

Mitigation Protocol

In order to do our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure that you, our customers, feel comfortable, Surrey Hills Handyman will:

Use online procurement
Wherever possible, materials will be ordered from suppliers who can deliver to the company address. This will minimise interaction with shop workers and the public.

Practise contactless services
Surrey Hills Handyman already conducts all of its business processes digitally, through electronic quotes and invoices, to online card payments and digital receipts. Cash and cheques will no longer be accepted.

Offer elevated hygiene practices
For any customer who would like us to do so, we will sanitize hands, tools, and relevant vehicle surfaces before and after the job, and wear face coverings and latex-free gloves as much as the job permits.
